With Embody & Soul you will truly be receiving a treatment with a difference.  Sonia gives holistic therapies (Reflexology and Indian Head Massage) while channelling Shamballa Multidimensional Healing energy, which is an extension of Reiki.  So not only will you receive the benefits that you would normally gain through receiving a holistic treatment, but you will also receive the added benefits from the flow of healing energy of love and light.  
 
Please note: Treatments including Shamballa are optional upon request 
 
About Your Therapist 
 
After graduating from the University of York in 2001 with BSc (Hons) Health Sciences, Sonia decided to follow her passion for complementary therapies after writing her dissertation "A controlled trial to look at individuals attitudes towards acupuncture in the context of stress".
 
In 2001, Sonia was initiated to the first level of Shamballa Multidimensional Healing and was initiated to the 2nd and 3rd levels over the year of 2002.
 
Sonia gained her diploma in Indian Champissage from the London Centre of Indian Champissage (L.C.I.C.I) in 2004.
 
Sonia also gained ITEC Reflexology diploma in 2007.
 
Sonia is fully insured with BABTAC.
